Old News

24 hours makes a difference.

This is a process. It is moving. It's just slow but it's happening rather than me distracting myself from it.

Today I've felt frustrated the old stories have shown up. Seriously?? I've already done this work. I've played this role & learned these lessons. I'm not wanting to do it again.

Yes old news is bubbling up but I'm not starting from scratch. This is familiar territory.

I can get to peace faster this time around.

Today I felt glimmers of the bigger picture.

Everything is energy.
I choose my thoughts.
I believe in soul journeys.

Couldn't quite stay there all day but I'll take the glimmer & toddler self care - snacks & naps.
